Sometimes, that is how I determine who I can trust. The information presented before me is often insufficient, so I search for my own sources.

When I look at investment options, I do due diligence on brokers with wondrous offers. Things that seem too good to be true often are. I conduct thorough research before making a financial decision.

Making new friends in a foreign country is important, but I must also be careful with the choices I make.

Before I agree to meet someone, I find out as much about them as possible on my own. I ask around and see what others have to say about them. My safety and protection are my responsibility when I am abroad.

Whenever I doubt someone’s motives, I avoid interactions with them. My well-being is more important than building social relationships.

Today, I listen closely to what my instincts tell me. They guide me along safe paths and align me with those who mean me well. I am thankful for my presence of mind.
